Surviving to Thriving:
A Late-Diagnosed ADHDer’s Blueprint for Understanding Your Brain & Getting Sh*t Done

You Finally Have Answers—Now What?

Getting diagnosed with ADHD as an adult is a lot. One minute, everything in your life suddenly makes sense. The next? You’re drowning in information, trying to figure out how to make it actually work for you.

If you’ve ever thought:

  • “Okay, I get that I have ADHD, but what do I do about it?”

  • “Why does every ADHD tip I find online seem like it was made for someone else?”

  • “I have big goals, but I can’t seem to get out of my own way.”

  • “I just want a plan that actually fits my brain so I can stop spinning my wheels.”

Then this program is for you.

What This Program Will Do For You

"Surviving to Thriving" is more than just another ADHD productivity course. It’s a blueprint for how to navigate life as a late-diagnosed adult with ADHD, with real strategies that fit the way your brain actually works.

Over the course of this 8 week live coaching program, you’ll learn how to:

Understand your ADHD beyond the surface-level stuff (so you can work with your brain, not against it).

Build systems that work for you—without the shame, burnout, or unrealistic expectations.

Manage executive function challenges like time blindness, task initiation, and follow-through

Develop self-trust, self-compassion, and confidence in how you operate.

Learn from and lean on a community of late-diagnosed ADHDers who get it.

Program Breakdown: What You’ll Learn

This program is designed to guide you step-by-step from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to confidently managing your ADHD in a way that fits your life. Each module builds on the last, providing a structured but flexible roadmap to real change.

  • Reframe ADHD from a deficit to a difference by identifying personal patterns, strengths, and challenges so you can finally stop blaming yourself and start working with your brain.

  • Shift from shame and self-blame to self-acceptance by challenging outdated beliefs and embracing an empowering new perspective on how ADHD fits into your life.

  • Ditch the productivity hacks that don’t work for ADHD and build a task management system that actually helps you get things done without burnout.

  • Learn how to advocate for yourself, manage workplace expectations, and align your career with your ADHD strengths—whether you’re an employee, entrepreneur, or in transition.

  • Break free from cycles of overwhelm, burnout, and emotional dysregulation with tools for handling rejection sensitivity, anxiety, and high-stress situations.

  • Create habits that stick without feeling suffocated, using flexible ADHD-friendly systems that balance structure with spontaneity.

  • Strengthen your personal and professional relationships by improving communication, setting clear boundaries, and advocating for your needs—without guilt.

  • Define what success looks like for you beyond productivity, build long-term strategies for continued growth, and learn how to maintain momentum even when life throws curveballs.

What’s included

PSYCHOEDUCATION &
ADHD STRATEGIES

Each session will focus on a key area of ADHD, breaking down why it’s hard and exactly what you can do about it. We’ll tackle executive function challenges, emotional regulation, energy management, and building confidence, so you can finally stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress.

LIVE COACHING AND Q&A

Each week includes live group coaching, where you can ask questions, get personalized support, and gain insights from others’ experiences—often uncovering solutions you didn’t even realize you needed.

ACTIONABLE TOOLS & ADHD FRIENDLY SYSTEMS

You’ll get worksheets, templates, and guides designed specifically for ADHD brains—so you can put what you learn into action without the overwhelm.

SUPPORTIVE ADHD COMMUNITY

You don’t have to figure this out alone. You’ll connect with a private community of fellow ADHDers who understand what you’re going through, so you always have people to learn from and lean on.

This program is right for you if…

You’ve tried all the productivity hacks, but none seem to stick.

You want practical, real-world strategies that fit your brain—not just generic advice that works for neurotypicals.

You’re looking for support, accountability, and community with others who truly understand.

You want to move past survival mode and actually thrive (without burnout, shame, or self-judgment).

You’re a late-diagnosed ADHDer trying to figure out how to manage life with this new information.

This program is not right for you if…

You’re looking for a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all solution. ADHD is complex, and real change takes time and experimentation.

You’re looking for therapy. While this program is led by a psychologist, it is a coaching program focused on strategies and skill-building—not a substitute for mental health treatment.

You’re not open to trying new approaches. If you want to keep doing things the way you always have, this program may not be the best fit.

You’re unwilling to engage with the material or participate in discussions. The best results come when you actively apply what you learn.

Common questions about this program

  • Each week includes a live coaching session (typically 60-90 minutes), plus optional exercises and community discussions. You can engage as much or as little as your schedule allows—there’s no pressure to complete everything perfectly.

  • No worries! All coaching calls will be recorded and available for replay, so you can engage on your schedule.

  • This is a coaching program, which means the focus is on practical strategies and skill-building rather than deep emotional processing or mental health treatment. If you need clinical support, therapy may be a better fit.

  • That’s totally normal! Many people find that even if they don’t volunteer for coaching, they still gain valuable insights from hearing others share similar struggles and solutions. That being said, you’ll get the most value the more you engage.

  • Yes! You’ll have ongoing access to all session recordings, workbooks, and templates so you can revisit them whenever you need.
